"True to Himself"

Schuyler Bailar is a standout swimmer who was recruited by the Women's Swim Team at Harvard University. Then, just before his freshman year, he came out as a transgender man.

Schuyler finally felt that he was being "true to himself"--his only question was whether he would be able to live out his dream of swimming in college. It turns out, he was able to do just that, competing successfully for the men's team and being fully embraced by his Harvard coaches and teammates.
